Designed to be cut, stitched, molded and transformed, ELEVATE gives designers the freedom to explore the material through their own ideas and techniques. To bring that experience directly to them, we’re sharing samples, swatchbooks and rolls with emerging designers and inviting them to discover its texture, versatility and performance firsthand.
Every designer approaches the material differently, and that is exactly what makes this exploration interesting. Different disciplines, different perspectives and different ways of working with ELEVATE.

“When we talk about leather alternatives, we usually end up choosing between animal leather or vegan leather. But most vegan leathers are still heavily dependent on petroleum-based materials. That’s why this material caught my attention. It’s a serious step towards a new generation of materials with a lower environmental footprint. And in this industry, that matters.”

“This incredible biomaterial has the most amazing leather-like texture. The best part? This is not just another plastic, petroleum-based vegan leather. It is bio-based! Since I am turning this into a custom jacket, I had to put it to the test first. I submerged a piece in water for an hour, and there was absolutely zero swelling. I chilled a piece to see how it handles the cold, and it stayed just as flexible as it is at room temperature.
It has a durable, opaque backing and sews beautifully. I recommend sticking to two layers for the best results. One pro tip: treat it like real leather. If you unclip a seam, it will leave a little hole.”

“I really loved working with ELEVATE. The material is incredibly soft, with a beautiful texture and great flexibility. What I loved most is the color palette. Midnight Blue was my favorite. It also feels very resistant, and I’m really excited to try it in other types of products. The fact that it’s a bio-based material makes it even more special to me.”
